Get out your KitchenAid mixer. Insert whisk attachment. To the large bowl, add
3 egg whites
2 cups light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt

Whisk on high speed for 10 minutes.

On low speed, add 2 cups of confectioners’ sugar (not all at once) or to taste.
Add one tablespoon vanilla.

Done.
